The first bottle of Double Hill Cider was sold in 2019, one year after the business began. Double Hill Cidery’s mission is to make a premium hard cider that puts PEI on the map. They offer a variety of ciders produced from different apple varieties and operate a tasting venue, “The Terrace,” on their property from May through October.
“When locals support our business, they are not only buying a product. They are creating community and making room for us in this community,” says Sebastian Manago, owner of Double Hill Cidery.
