Located in downtown Summerside, Kelly’s Flower Shoppe is a locally owned and operated floral shop that has been serving PEI since 1959. They have 4 full-time award winning designers, with over 100 years experience between them.

Devon: Tell us who you are and what your business is?

Cindy: Hi, I’m Cindy Robichaud from Kellys Flower Shoppe in Summerside. We are one of the longest standing businesses in Summerside and we run Island wide servicing everyday flowers.

Devon: Why do you think it’s important to support local businesses?

Cindy: I think it’s important to support local because once we support local, that enables us to support back. It just keeps our community going, and our communities thrive off of doing that.

Devon: What is one thing you would like people to know about your business?

Cindy: We pride ourselves on customer service and top notch design and the one thing I want you to know as a business owner is this gal right here. This is my top designer Elise, and I call her Wheesy and I have another girl I have on deliveries right now and I want you to know that none of us could do this without each other. So you may be a small business owner but you’re only as good as your employees.
